Our Hambledon wicker picnic basket comes complete with a food compartment and double wine bottle section, perfect for two people enjoying lazy days in the sunshine. The lidded section of this basket provides storage for food and the two compartments are great for your favourite bottle of fizz or wine! This hamper is handwoven from double steamed willow and makes a unique gift for any food and drink lover.

You’ve received your order and it’s not quite what you wanted
No problem. Just contact us via phone or email within 7 days of receipt of your order to notify us of your intent to return your order. All returns must be received by us within 14 days of receipt of your order. You will receive a full refund (including your original delivery cost). However, you will have to pay the postage costs of returning your order. We do offer a drop shop service. There is a charge for this service, however it often costs less than using other courier options. To find out more about using a drop shop service, you will need to contact us so we can advise you of the cost and email you a drop shop label with a list of drop shops near you where you can drop off your parcel to be returned to us. Upon receipt of the return, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. It is advised that you send your returns back using a recorded delivery service or at the very least to get proof of posting from the post office. I am afraid we are not responsible for items lost in the post. Items must be returned unused and in a saleable condition.

Your order has arrived damaged/faulty or is not as described
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to notify us of any problems. We will arrange a drop shop service so you can drop off your parcel to a drop shop near you or alternatively we will organise for your parcel to be collected (Monday to Friday during business hours). Upon receipt of the return we will fully refund your order (including postage) within 7 business days. If a replacement is required this will be sent out immediately subject to stock availability.
