Q. How are your measurements grouped?
A. Our measurements are in the order of Length, Width and Height. Measurements given are in centimetres and are taken from the outside edge of the basket. Because our products are hand crafted please allow a variation of +/- 5% on the sizes given. If you require specific sizes then please contact us and we'll do our best to make sure you get the size you want.
Q. Can I track my order?
A. Please contact us and we will be able to advise you about what stage of delivery your parcel is at.

Q. How do I cancel my order?
A. Orders can be cancelled providing they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as you know you want to cancel to avoid your order being dispatched.

Q. The item I would like to purchase is out of stock. When will it be back in stock again?
A. Usually most of our products are back in stock within 2 weeks, however if you would like a more specific date please contact us for a restock date. We recommend placing a pre-order over the phone to ensure that your baskets are automatically allocated to you as soon as they come back into stock with us. We wouldn't want you to miss out as some baskets are so popular that they sell out before they come back into stock!
Q. Do you offer discounts for bulk or trade orders?
A. If you are purchasing for a business or just require a high volume of baskets then please contact us and we will be happy to quote you a discounted price.
Q. Do you ship Internationally?
A. Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer international shipping. This is something we hope to be able to offer in the future.
Q. Do you deliver to The Republic of Ireland?
A. I'm afraid we don't deliver to the Republic of Ireland. We do have quite a few ROI customers that use AddressPal in order to get parcels from us. As long as it goes to a UK/NI address that will be fine. Please note, AddressPal do add customs charges on some orders being delivered to ROI. You would need your own account as we do not have any dealings with Addresspal.
Q. Do you have a shop?
A. We don't have a shop/retail outlet as such, however if you would like to come to our Unit in Ringwood we would be happy to show you the baskets you are interested in. Please contact us for more information.
Q. What days are you open?
A. We are open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
Q. Do you make bespoke baskets?
A. Unfortunately we don't make any bespoke baskets. The full range of available baskets is on our website.
Q. Can your Grey & Buff Rattan Planters be left outside?
A. Our planters are made from natural materials and will be fine if left outside all year round. Like anything left outside in the elements you will get some weathering overtime, but it is widely felt that this just adds to the rustic style of the basket.
